and those that are involved in helping you purchase your first home, know the
absolute
MAXIMUM so you aren’t shown properties over your
budget. Stay focused and stick to your plan! Only deviate if you can increase your down
payment or your income! Remember, you
are doing this to ensure you don’t regret your purchasing decision later,
become house poor, or find yourself financially strapped and living pay cheque
to pay cheque… that is misery, not the joys of home ownership!
